Domestic orders placed Monday through Saturday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to initiate a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Totokaelo and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Your shipment will include a printed invoice/return form. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. The invoice/return form does not need to be complete to qualify for a return. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. (excludes all U.S. territories). We include a UPS return label in every package. Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

Below are definitions for the most commonly used product measurement terms to help you choose the best size. We recommend that you compare each measurement with your own.
Measured from center back neckline to hem. On collared garments, measured from base of collar; on low-backed garments, measured from top of shoulder to hem.
Distance between shoulder seams, measured straight across the back.
Measured from center of collar to shoulder seam, then from the shoulder seam to end of cuff and combined.
Measured straight across the garment from side seam to side seam below sleeve. Double this measurement to compare with your own, best measured around the body at the fullest point of the bust line with arms relaxed.
Measured straight across the garment at the waist. Double this measurement to compare with your own, best measured around the body at the natural crease of the waist, with one finger between tape and body for a comfortable fit.
Measured along the seam at garment's interior leg. Compare with measurement from inner thigh to ankle.
Measured along the garment's exterior side seam from waist to hem. Compare with measurement from top of waist to ankle.
