    Martina. Hi! I just measured these on for you. From a flat surface, across the bottom of the waistband, measures approximately 15 1/4 inches across. The rise measures approximately 13 1/2 inches. I am typically a size 25 in denim, and found the size 1 to sit low on my hip. There was also plenty of room in the leg. Hope this helps!
