Bridget. Hi! I just had fellow staff member, Natasha, try these on for you. She also has a high instep! She normally wears a size 8.5, and for her, these fit true to size. She describes the fit as snug, but one that will become perfect after they stretch a bit. On her, the size 9 was slipping off her heel.
