    Zlata, good question. It is solid black the whole way around. These cuffs are painted super smoothly... the white you see if the camera's flash bouncing off.     I'm not a big fan of bangles but would would totally wear this! I'm attracted to the fact that its really light weight and soft, unlike plastic or metal bangles that are heavier, making it more noticeable to me that I am wearing something around my wrist. Some day it will be mine!!
