Hi Zachary. A UK size 8 is equivalent to a French 36 and the UK 10 is equivalent to the French Size 38. Since you run between sizes, I have taken shoulder measurements for you from a flat surface. The 36, measured across the back, is approximately 18 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and 20 inches from armpit seam to armpit seam. The size 38 measures approximately 18 3/4 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and approximately 21 inches from armpit seam to armpit seam. Hope this helps!
