Angie. Hello. I have measured this for you in size Small and Medium! Taken from a flat surface, size small measures approximately 19" across from armpit seam to armpit seam, and the widest part of the hip, measures approximately 19 1/2 inches across. Size medium measures approximately 19 1/2 inches, from armpit seam to armpit seam, and approximately 20 inches across at the widest part of the hip. Hope this helps!
