Hello. I looked over the feedback for the Cali, all of which seemed to indicate that these shoes ran true to size. I ordered the 9.5, which is what I almost always wear. I just received them, and unfortunately, they're really big. I'm not sure what size to exchange for. I'm wondering if could perhaps post the measurements for the size 8.5 to help me determine if I need to size down a whole size? Thank you in advance.

Jennifer. Hi! I'm so sorry to hear that the size 9.5 is too big for you. You are always welcome to send us an email or leave a comment if you have a question regarding the size and fit of any item! From heel to toe, the sole of the size 8.5 measures approximately 10.5 inches. I also had fellow staff member, Rachel, try these on for you! She normally wears a size 8.5, and found the size 8.5 in these to fit a half size large on her.

Lisa. Hello! I typically wear a size 7 as well, so I tried these on for you! Personally, I found 6.5 to be a perfect fit, my heel slipped out of the size 7. For me, these ran a half size too large. I've also taken measurements for you! Along the outer sole, size 6.5 measures approximately 9 1/2" inches, and size 7 measures approximately 9 3/4" inches.
