I'm going to have to size down after having just received these -- maybe I have a narrow ish foot, but the length of the shoe is too long and my heel slips out. Almost always a solid 7.5, but am going to have to go for 7. Otherwise, sheer Perfection with a capital P.

I'd love to get these, but I'm confused because of the different feedback. I checked the comments for the red version and some are saying these run 1/2 size big, and others are saying they're true to size. I have the Dieppa Restrepo Coca Cola brogues in nubuck in my normal size (8) and they're definitely on the loose side. But maybe it's because they're suede and less stiff? Hmm, would you recommend 8 or 7.5?

Joanna. Hi! I've found that Dieppa sizing can vary depending on the particular size, for instance I personally always wear a size 6.5 in Dieppa Restrepo sizes. Whereas, fellow staff member, Kim typically wears a size 9 in boots, but usually prefers the fit of a size 8.5 in Dieppa. So we are SO happy you asked! I had fellow staff member, Maura, try these on for you. She usually wears a size 8 in most shoes, and loves the fit of the size 8 in these on her!

Size Update: I had a wonderful client mention she felt these were running a little large. She has other pairs of lace up Dieppa Restrepo shoes, however, since this one is cut lower across the top, and does not lace, she found the 7.5 to be slightly large. Hope this helps!

When will you get more sizes of these?! I'd love either this pair, the Penny, or the Dandy, in black. I'm actually glad I didn't order them in my normal size (8) without trying them on, because I tried them on in person when I was in town, and the 8 was definitely a little big -- just barely, but my heel kept slipping out. I tried the 7.5 in the blood orange pair and it was perfect. But now they're sold out, of course!
