I usually fall in line with Ande's size 4 but I see the SW 34 is equivalent to the US 2. Does this lovely blazer run large?

Amanda. Hi! I just tried on the blazer for you. I usually wear a size 2 (xs) in most lines, but I found the Swedish 34 to fit a little big on me. The shoulder seams were roughly a half inch too wide. A great alternative is the Phillip Lim Double Breasted Garconnet Blazer in Ivory! The quality of the silk is just lovely.
