    The print on this is eye catching in a feminine way. It's constructed of a really unique taffeta - it's lightweight yet holds its shape. I typically wear small tops, I find the xs to be roomy so I'd definitely pop a lightweight tank top underneath. It's waterproof but not wind proof!
