Created by Brooklyn-based Shabd Simon-Alexander, born 1981. Began selling her designs while studying photography at NYU. Also interned at Betsey Johnson and German label A.D.Deertz while living in Berlin. Paints and dyes each piece individually. Also works with embroidery, photography and sculpture, and is a member of Brooklyn's Saviour Scraps, a textile-based artist's collaborative.
