Hatmaker born near Bolzano, Italy, in 1970. Graduated in 1998 from the University of Applied Arts, Vienna, after winnng the International Design Competition of Fukai, Japan, in 1996. Began to recycle and reshape hats in Vienna, 2003. Moved to Tuscany in 2005 to approach the traditional art of hat making, becoming a designer and exhibiting at Pitti Uomo that same year. Added shoe design to his repertoire in 2007.
