Name of collection fuses three words that together form the kai-aakman world: Kai,"and" in Greek; Aak, the anima, the archetypal central image of the psyche, according to CG Jung; Mann, German for "man", to emphasize that these archetypes are present in the collective unconscious of all of mankind, regardless of gender, age or culture. Designed by Soonjin Park, born in Seoul, Korea. Studied fashion design in college, designing first for Morris Coming Home before starting her own label, Eloq. Joined Kai-Aakmann in 2007.
