Studied textile design in her hometown of Mexico City. Made first piece of jewelry from a vibrant toothbrush which she molded into a cuff. Began experimenting with other materials and launched a collection, which was promptly sold at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. FInds beauty in the awkward and is inspired by contrast and the materials themselves.
