Designer Clayton Evans, born in northern Alberta, is self-taught. Watched his grandmother make his clothes as a child; briefly attended art school and realized he was interested in making clothing. Bought an industrial sewing

machine while living in South Korea and returned to Montreal to hone his skills and eventually start a line. Inspired by the culture of mobility; very interested in the process of design as well as the final product.
