Launched by founder Beth Schaeffer in early 2010, starting with an African paper bead necklace. A team in New York designs vibrant and refined jewelry, made by women's cooperatives in Rwanda and Ghana, allowing them to support, educate and empower themselves through art. Bluma Project supports women's employment with plans to expand its array of products to be made in cooperatives throughout the globe.
