RETURN POLICY
Totokaelo will exchange or refund goods received by Totokaelo HQ within 15 days of invoice date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition along with and a copy of your invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason of your return and if you would prefer a store credit or refund to your credit card.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Totokaelo, or in the case that an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Totokaelo will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Totokaelo is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS
Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit if received within 10 days from order ship date.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Totokaelo is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 10 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Totokaelo account in the form of a store credit.
Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
