Totokaelo uses FedEx for domestic and international delivery. Please see the chart below for shipping options.
Shipping is free within Seattle and the surrounding area.

Orders placed between Sunday and noon Pacific on Friday (3pm Eastern), are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt and always before the weekend.
All orders received after noon Pacific on Friday (3pm Eastern) will be shipped the following Monday.
Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out same day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Totokaelo is unable to reroute packages.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Washington State.
Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
International Shipping
If client is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Totokaelo’s shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
Items will be shipped from Seattle, Washington (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
