Return Policy

Returns on Non-Sale Items

Totokaelo will exchange or refund non-sale items received back to Totokaelo within 20 days of order date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will be accepted only with hygiene strip intact.

Please include completed Return Form in return package. The Return Form is found on page two of order invoice (included with shipment).

Totokaelo offers FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES! We try our hardest to fill every exchange request. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be returned to your card or store credit.

When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be applied to any exchanges, and then remaining balance refunded to your card. We are unable to hold items for exchange.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. In the case goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Totokaelo, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Totokaelo will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Returns on Sale Items

Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be received back to Totokaelo within 20 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).

Totokaelo does not hold items for exchange.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Totokaelo is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

Sale Price Adjustment Policy

Totokaelo offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Totokaelo account in the form of a store credit.

Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Price Match Policy

Totokaelo will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. Found a better price elsewhere? Please email us a link and we'll adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. Requests can be made when placing your order or within Totokaelo's 20 day return window.

Returns on Original Artwork

Original artwork must be received, in perfect condition, back to Totokaelo within 14 days of order date. All returns of original artwork will incur a 10% restocking fee. Delivery and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please follow return instructions above.

Returns on Special Orders

All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
